We offer research and education programs in crop and soil management, with special emphasis on high-yield production systems, site-specific precision farming technology, information management systems, and nutrient management practices.
We are looking for opportunities to partner with others to develop research and education programs.
High-Yield Management Systems
Meeting growing global demand for food, feed, fiber, and fuel from crops means yields must double in the next 30 years. Our research partnerships on high-yield systems is aimed at meeting that need, while protecting our natural resources.
Assistance in design and implementation of on-farm research programs in agronomy
Modern technology has made it possible for every farmer to have his own research plots to test new products and practices. Properly designed, monitored, and interpreted, such plots can provide valuable insight into management decisions for the specific farm. We can help you implement such a program.

CTIC Indian Creek Watershed Project
Reetz Agronomics is working under contract with the Conservation Technology Information Center (CTIC) to manage nutrient BMP demonstrations, Nitrogen Use Efficiency comparisons, and water quality monitoring for the Indian Creek Watershed of the Vermilion River in Livingston County, Illinois. This projecvt is supported by a grant to CTIC from the Illinois EPA, with matching support from several agrobusiness partners and other cooperators. The Livingston County Soil & Water Conservation District has received a companion grant from USDA-NRCS under the Mississippi River Basin Initiative to support incentive payments for farmers in the Indian Creek Watershed who adopt related BMPs in their conservation management programs. More details of this project may be found on the project website, [To be added soon]. Additional support services are being provided by PAQ Interactive and Cropsmith. Inc.
